Walking on the Water
When faith and life come together, beautiful things happen! What will this year hold for you? Greater Love? Peace and Happiness? A Fresh Start? All of these would be welcome - but for many 2009 is looking more like a landmine of threats and insecurities than a season of opportunities! In this seminar, Debbie shares practical steps for identifying and dismantling the barriers between "just getting by" in our Christian walk versus "walking on the water" with Jesus! Learn how to develop an empowering faith that will enable you to walk with confidence on the often turbulent waters of life. Debbie's newest message series, Walking on the Water, provides the tools you need to step out of the boat and discover the priceless gift hidden with every challenge.
Buried Treasure
In this life-transforming message based on her book Trees Wear Glasses, Don't They? A Call to Faith, Debbie shares her dramatic testimony of surrendering to Christ following the tragic suicide of her oldest son, Stephen. Her inspiring story reveals the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit to mine priceless treasures from the pit of our brokenness and despair. Just like thousands of others, your heart will be encouraged and your hope renewed by this compelling testament of God's amazing grace. If you've ever wondered - Does God really work all things together for the good of those who love Him? - you don't want to miss this powerful message!
Wildflowers
As daughters of the King, we expect our lives to fall neatly into place, don't we? In an ideal world, our homes and hearts would resemble a beautiful garden with neatly cultivated rows of fragrant blooms that consistently bring joy and delight to others! But what happens when our reality refuses to fit this idealized model? How do we deal with lives that have much more in common with a tangled mass of wildflowers than a well-manicured rose garden? In this seminar, Debbie teaches that in life, just as we see in nature, some of God's most spectacular flowers spring from earth that has been scorched by fire. In this seminar, you will learn how to free your heart from the frustration caused by unrealistic expectations and discover how to find joy in tending the garden you have been given.
The Music of My Heart
Where do we find that mysterious something that will finally fill the emptiness within our hearts, unleash our hidden potential, and cause our souls to sing? Can we find it in the perfect relationsihp? In presenting just the right image? Perhaps in possessing everything our eyes desire? In this presentation, Debbie teaches that God created each of us to be a beautiful instrument with our own unique song. When we stop trying to play tunes we were never meant to play and choose instead to place ourselves under the leadership of the Master Conductor, our instruments come to life! A melody is born that no one else on eath could play and our hearts sing a song that only we can sing. Discover how to open your heart to God and let the music begin.
Living Victoriously by Loving Outrageously!
I Corinthians, Chapter 13 is clear. Unless we have love, we have nothing; yet, few of us consistently demonstrate the model of love described in verses 4-5: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs." To achieve a truly abundant life, we must learn to see others as Jesus sees them - through eyes of love. We find it easy to love those who love us, but Jesus commands us to love even the unlovable. In this presentation, Debbie examines the spiritual meaning of love and shares practical steps that will enrich your relationsihps and catapult your ability to love to a higher level than you ever dreamed possible!
Exploding the Myths!
Knights on white horses. Princesses in castles. Childhood imaginations are easily captivated by fairy tales and stories of fierce battles between forces of good and evil where love always prevails, justice is quickly served, and the good guys live happily ever after. Many of us carry these expectations into adolescence and adulthood. Here, in the real world, storylines become much more complex, values are turned upside down, and our awkward lives never fit the model of perfection offered by society. In this presentation, Debbie shatters the myths that hold us in bondage and delivers hope and encouragement to everyone who has ever felt inadequate, unappreciated, and unloved.
All of these topics are available as stand-alone keynotes, full-day workshops, and 2-3 day retreats. Each presentation can also be customized to meet specific organizational needs.

Debbie, The women of our church are still talking about our January meeting and how blessed they were by your testimony. As I listened to you share about the signs God placed in your life, I was reminded of how I, as I've grown in my faith walk, have noticed His signs along the way. They are always there ... we just have to look for them. Thank you for being His willing servant in ministry to us. In Christian love, Linda K.
